You will not be able to increase your lean muscle, which is very important if you want to lose your excess weight.

Change up your exercise routine on a regular basis. For the most part you should change some aspect of your workout every 2 - 3 weeks. You will also stop adding any more lean muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn even when at rest.

There is no way around it, if you want to lose weight you have to be active. Recently a study was done focusing on people who owned dogs. It was found that the dog-owners, who were obliged to take their dogs for a walk every day, lost up to 14 pounds because of this extra activity. 14 pounds is more or less the amount of weight that is lost in most weight loss programs.So what can we learn from this study? That you have to get a dog to lose weight? No, the study shows that just a little bit of extra walking can make a big difference.
Examine your current life style. Do you walk a few steps to your car in the morning, and then arrive at work and walk a few more steps to your office or workplace and then sit down? Do you walk a few more steps at the end of the work day to reach your car, where you sit and drive home. Do you then walk from the car to the house and enjoy dinner and spend the rest of the evening watching TV? 3. Skip the elevator, escalator and moving walkways
Instead of using the elevator for one or two flights of stairs, use your feet! In the airport, walk to the next gate instead of getting on the moving walkway.

How much walking is necessary? If you walk around 45 minutes every day then you will keep fit and lose weight. If you walk 60 minutes every day you will probably live to be 100.

Types of Weight Loss Surgery
There are many types of weight loss surgery and the American Society of Bariatric Society notes two particular types of procedures that are used. One of these procedures is to decrease the amount of food an individual eats and the other type of procedure is to simply alter the way food is digested.
Vertical Banded Gastroplasty is a procedure that is also known as gastric bypass. Basically, gastric bypass surgery involves stapling the stomach smaller so that food enters slower and that the individual eats less. A gastric band is also used on the stomach's outlet to regulate the amount of food leaving the stomach.
Another type of bariatric surgery includes laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding. This procedure uses a gastric band to partially close off the upper portion of the stomach. This allows the individual to feel full faster and eat less, thus losing weight. The gastric band is really helpful in this procedure.
Other types of malabsorptive procedures include the biliopancreatic diversion, extended gastric bypass, combined gastric bypass, as well as others. Each of these procedures have their own risks and benefits, some use gastric bands while others use a lap band, gastric band, or a mixture of procedures.
Deciding on the Procedure for You
Unless you are a doctor there is no way you can decide which procedure will be best for you. You might have a friend that was successful with one type of procedure and another who failed with a different one, however these success and failure rates with others are not necessarily the best information to base your decision on. You need to meet with your doctor, evaluate your health and past history as well as your expectations, and then your doctor will recommend the procedure that is best for you.
Of course, you are welcome to get a second opinion or more if you want, but generally the surgeon knows what will be best for you. So, if you believe the benefits outweigh the risks go ahead and have gastric bypass or bariatric surgery and finally lose that weight. Because the UNSATURATED FAT has been found to actually liquefy the Cholesterol and pass it out of the body by natural means. The GOOD FAT is called HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) this GOOD FAT can be found in Plants and Animal Products. Therefore if you eat more fruit and vegetables you will be on the right path to living a healthy lifestyle. And as an added bonus, you might even lose weight.

Now that there is a better understanding of body genetics and why people have a tendency to be overweight, here are the tips for fast, easy weight loss.
Tip #1: Drink water upon arising: First thing in the morning, drink eight ounces of distilled water, bottled water, or filtered water (not tap water).
Tip #2: Eat a big breakfast: This should be done 45 minutes after getting up in the morning. Suggested organic foods to choose from (they must be organic) are apples, bananas, rye bread with no sugar, plain yogurt, tuna, lamb, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, raw honey, wild smoked salmon, and so on.
Tip #3: Drink distilled water throughout the day: Eight glasses is recommended
