You must eat regularly throughout the day to stay healthy. Not everyone will do it this way but the opportunity is there.

 

Others like Jenny Craig work too and it promotes healthier eating but again you are not learning to organize your own eating habits as you buy their meals. So the best weight loss option really is to take charge of your kitchen yourself and eat smaller healthier meals, drink lots of water, limit sugary drinks and exercise everyday.
