What does it mean to vibrate at a higher level of consciousness?
Energy is everywhere. There is no where it is not. Everything has energy. It's either lower vibration or higher vibration, and we get to make a conscious choice which one we will choose. When we make our choice, then we've decided what we intend to attract. It is our decision, no one else's. No one can make you choose either one. It's your responsibility.
First, the Sonoma Diet works in waves. Take a moment to think of California's sunny beaches, a glass of wine in hand (which is allowed on this diet as well) and watching the waves come in. The first wave starts by setting things in motion. One of the concepts it uses that seems simple enough, and is quite effective, is using plate sizes. For breakfast a 7 inch plate is used and for lunch and dinner a 9 inch plate is used. Before you start take some time to clean out your cupboards and get rid of any temptations that may linger there.
