    Found the missing component to the weight loss rollercoaster-A MUST READ! If you have ever struggled with weight loss i.e. losing the same pounds over and over, you must buy this book. JJ Smith takes weight loss to an entirely higher level. It is so much more than food and exercise…you have to address Mental Mastery during your weight loss journey.
