    Seems like hippie-woo, but hippie doctor seems to know what she’s talking about. OK, so I am not into a bunch of hippie-woo based off of unsubstantiated claims. I believe in healthy eating, but I think some people take things way too far.     Good explanations on how to eat better and have better skin and physical aspect. This book was recommended to me and, at first the title held me back. I finally gave it a try and I am glad I did. I like the sound advice on healthy food and the references to scientific papers (perhaps a bit of cherry pick here).To me the best part is new recipes and new food to try that is healthy.
