    I wouldn’t call it Bari, just a cookbook. Was hopeful for this book. The recipes looked good, but not for a bariatric diet. I started reading the actual recipes and there’s no way. I’m giving this to my mother now because this book uses “way too many” ingredients that are not Bari friendly. (Sugar, Brown Sugar, BBQ sauce, Pie Crust, Graham crackers, Potatoes, sausage, Bacon)Would be helpful if nutritional values had been included with the recipes as well.Overall disappointed… it’s like a regular cookbook that…
