    Great Multivitamin, Absolutely worth the Purchase. The taste is only Temporary! One must be honest in these reviews. As someone in their mid-30s, I chose this as my first multivitamin. The amount of products on the market is astounding, but after doing my research, this one seemed to fit the bill for an average, mostly health male.     Do Not Take These I’ve been taking these for a while. Oddly this sounds like a great product everyone should take. I bought into it. I started noticing weird things like my stomech hurting, the feeling of throwing up, headaches etc. This was the last thing I thought of that it would be.
