    Don't get free range eggs; those chickens are fed GMO grains and are not raised outside. Get PASTEURIZED EGGS! Those chickens are raised outside, eat bugs like they were intended to.

    1- first time as I start to watch your video , and at the same time I start to lose myself while watching you, your smile , your eyes , your positive energy and then video ended and I did not get what you said.
    2- second time I made up my mind to focus on what you are saying rather seeing your smile and eyes but failed again.
    3-time I decided just to listen your video without watching your video then I got some understanding of video.
    O People it is difficult to focus on some important thing when you are watching some perfect woman. It looks I already lost mine weight (at least my heart). You ruled me ! where are my ketones!

    Im currently 15 and i need change, Im not dangerously over weight but I need change. My liver is starting to be covered in fat and im getting worried im hoping this diet will work!

    Keto is so overwhelming and depressing. I don’t eat dairy, or pork but not eating fruits and things like bananas is something I simply can’t do. My muscles and calves kill me if I don’t eat bananas.

    I think much of this is good…but you might start to consider study your food a little more to avoid things like OXALATES or you guys might get a nasty surprise one day! One example is using almond flour which contains A LOT of oxalates! So to not get nasty surprises down the road and give KETO a bad reputation it does not deserve, use certain nuts and veggies in moderation and not every day! Study a little first! Use some organ meats and you do not need all those veggies anyway!!
