    Very informative, I recommend it if you are interested in nutritition and alternative medicine This book is very interesting and informative. It contains quite a bit useful alternative health and nutrition information. I read another book by this author about tips and ideas for the home, it was short but I enjoyed the author’s light and friendly style. The tone of this book is a little different. I would say it’s a little more serious, but it’s a more serious topic so it makes sense. I personally liked this book more, one because it speaks to me more, I’m passionate about alternative health and healing, and because it’s a more substantial book so I feel I got more for my money. I’ve read through most of the book pretty quickly by zooming in on items that I’m specifically interested in. I’ll go through it again more slowly to make sure I didn’t miss out on anything.
