    Exceptional Guide To Anti-Aging and Autophagy, Immediately Useful It may seem odd for a man to review this book since the primary audience is women but the book does two things exceptionally well for both sexes:1.     Poorly written, poorly conceived plan jumbled together I was so excited to this book this morning after reading the review of it in Vogue that I had already gone online and researched its central point, autophagy.
