    Love it. Small & discreet but ribbon broke off. Love this food journal. I bought it to replace the MyFitnessPal app as I don’t always want to write down my calories and I personally feel that quality matters over quantity. This really helps keep me on track. What I do is write my meals/foods in black pen that are on track and any foods that were off track or something I shouldn’t have had, I write in red pen.
