    Awesome for those that really want to loose weight! This is the most fabulous book to lose weight! I have the paper back version-would give them both 10 stars! I had to recently order the kindle version. Both versions are nice. Kindle does nice word searches, but I’m not crazy about the daily meal example formats.     FINALLY!! I am 37 and have struggled with yo-yoing for several years.
