    Incomplete with useless links My wife and I watched his pbs special and quickly wanted to follow it up with a joint reading of his book. We expected to get more detailed information about what to eat early on with some recipes thrown in to give us a real world idea. The information provided is interesting, and as some reviews mention it does kinda repeat. But when it comes down to actually putting this into practice, i hoped for some more help from the book.
