    Great Program, Journal Not Required Body for life is a great, balanced program. I’ve done the program 2.5 times, and it does a lot to help the user establish a new routine of balanced nutrition and exercise. I used the journal the second time and a half – halfway through the third I just started following the basic intent of Body for Life but not as structured, about 4 yrs ago, and haven’t looked back: just eat somewhat healthy/balanced meals and do short/intense workouts (lately a lot of crossfit mixed into the routine).
