The book does a great job of explainingg why Atkins works, including an overview macro-nutrients like carbohydrates, fat, and protein. The book covers the four phases of the Atkin’s diet and strategies for making the transition between phases. It’s packed with lots of practical tips, and useful information.The book has lots of delicious recipes, including full meals that require preparation as well as grab and go items. Each recipe has basic nutritional information including carb grams, calories, protein grams, etc. The recipes are concise but include all the information you need to get great results. There is also a shopping list to go with the recipes and meal plans.I have also had very good success with . Like the Atkins plan, this diet also minimizes carbs, but it puts a stronger emphasis on protein, which helps you avoid muscle loss when you lose weight. It also offers meals that can be prepared almost instantly.Low Carb dieting is still the fastest way to lose weight.
