The Root Cause of Hair Loss
Before going out and trying Organin for hair loss, it is important to understand why you are experiencing hair loss. There are several causes that can make your hair fall out and stop growing. For example, your thyroid gland may be under or overactive. This will cause you to suffer hair loss. Women may experience hair loss around three months after giving birth, owing to their hormones being out of balance. Whilst pregnant, high levels of hormones that would normally make your hair fall out, cause the body to retain the hair instead. When these hormones return to normal, the hair that should have previously fallen out will do so now, giving the appearance of hair loss.
Your hair loss could be caused by some particular types of medicines. Include, but not limited to, are anticoagulants, also known as blood thinners, and other medicines used in chemotherapy to treat cancer, or to treat maybe gout or depression. Stress and frequent indigestion can also cause hair loss by preventing blood from absorbing the vitamins and minerals you need to nourish the roots of your hair. Some hair loss can be remedied by a change of diet or medicines. However, for most men, suffering from loss of hair has nothing to do with any of these things - it is hereditary, and there is not a lot you can do about it.

Ladies - How You Can Deal With Hair Loss After Pregnancy
Many women will experience hair loss following pregnancy. It is a perfectly normal occurrence, and doesn’t require any treatment, as your hair is simply returning to its pre-pregnancy state.
After the growth period, the hair enters the resting phase, which will usually last about three months.
Normal Hair Growth
Hair normally goes through an anagen cycle — the growth phase — and telogen — the resting phase. The anagen cycle lasts four to seven years, when you will experience hair growth of about half an inch per month. Then follows anagen again, growing a fresh hair and pushing the old one out of the follicle, so that it falls out. Some hair follicles can be in telogen all the time, and it is considered normal to lose 50 to 100 hairs a day.
Hair Growth During Pregnancy
One of the many things that makes a pregnant woman look beautiful is their thick, luxurious hair. This is caused by the hormones of pregnancy keeping most hair follicles in the anagen state, or growing. If you normally lose 100 hairs a day, and pregnancy lasts 280 days, the result is a lot of hair that you get to keep during that period.
What Happens After Pregnancy
Once the baby is born, however, hormones change rapidly, and all those hair follicles will go into the resting state, or telogen, at the same time. Telogen lasts about three months, so about three months after the baby is born, all 28,000 of those hairs will fall out at about the same time. Unfortunately, this hair loss is happening at about the same time that you are experiencing a huge emotional letdown from pregnancy and you’re also sleep deprived. It can be enough to send a girl over the edge!
Taking Care of Yourself
When you experience hair loss following pregnancy, it’s time to do something for yourself. Have Daddy or a friend look after the baby for a few hours and get yourself to a good hairdresser. The most effective (and enjoyable) way to manage hair loss after pregnancy is to treat yourself to an attractive new hairdo. Ask your hairdresser to give you a good cut, and maybe some highlights or new color as well. Ask for a style that is easily managed on your busy schedule, but that also looks great on you.
Why not try out some new volumizing hair products as well? Shampoo, conditioner, mousse, and hair serum can all make your hair look and feel thicker and fuller than it really is. Pretty barrettes and clips can also help you feel and look prettier. Hair loss after pregnancy is a normal and natural occurrence. You’re not going bald - your hair won’t fall out completely. You’re just losing the “extra” hair that you grew during your pregnancy. You are equally as beautiful as a new mom as you were prior to pregnancy, but you probably won’t have the same amount of time to spend on your hair. A new hairdo that’s easy to maintain can make you feel as lovely as you look. Go get it!

If you've just discovered that you are suffering from alopecia, it's likely that your first reaction is anxiety. "Why is my hair falling out? Why is my hairline receding? What's going on?" It isn't a swift process, but it is something that might surprise you when you wake up one day and look at yourself in the mirror. It's anxiety because hair loss - especially of the diffused, irregular type - might start to look awkward. It's also anxiety because you don't know the first place to start looking for safe and effective hair loss solutions. Not to fear! There are a lot of ways by which hair loss may be remedied. In fact, there are three major hair loss solutions applied by people everywhere in the world: surgery, medicine, and wearing head gear or a hairpiece.
Clinics have started to offer affordable surgical services for these uncertain times. Moreover, hair transplants are considered extremely effective in remedying the effects of hair loss - if your clinic is reliable, the entire process could be almost completely painless, and the end result would be as if you didn't have alopecia at all!
Hair restoration experts may still advise you to resort to medication instead of surgery. The two most commonly prescribed medicines for hair loss remedy are Propecia and Rogaine. Propecia is generally not recommended for use by women, but for men it is considered the breakthrough in the science of hair growth.
The cheapest possible solution is to live with the alopecia and just cover it up! Buy headgear like hats and caps that would speak your personality, make the most of the situation. With the right headgear, a receding hairling might even make you look masculine and sexy! Wear the headgear that suits you and speaks your mind: are you a quirky, artistic type who can make the best of a selection of colorful caps? Or are you a high-powered attorney or distinguished gentleman who can pull off the mysterious look with the help of classy hats?
If you're open to the idea, why not shave all your hair off and ride with the bald look? Accessorize with headpieces of your choice! But if you're not into the "bald is IN" trend (incidentally, very few people can actually look good without hair on their heads!), you could also look into wearing a headpiece. "Headpiece" is a general term for portable replacement hair, such as toupees and wigs. New to alopecia? Never fear - you've got safe and effective hair loss solutions within the reach of your hand.

Male hair loss is truly not an uncommon thing. An estimated 75 percent of all men experience hair loss in one form or another, mostly through genetic alopecia. Alopecia is the medical term for hair loss, and that's right - there's a gene for it. Even women may carry the gene, and suffer from genetic alopecia, but noticeably, these women are very few.
Hair loss among both males and females are caused by the presence of androgens, or male hormones, which we are all born with. Understandably, male hair loss is more common because males have more androgens in their system. Testosterone is an androgen, and with age it converts into dihyrotestosterone (DHT) in males. DHTs are much stronger androgens than testosterone, and they accelerate genetic conditions like hair loss much faster. Bald or balding men have been found to contain a lot more DHTs in their system than normal men; however, they exhibit no significant advantage in regular testosterone count.
There are different ways to remedy this condition... although as a whole, alopecia does not stop once it begins. While complete baldness is uncommon, hair will continue to fall out as a man with the alopecia condition continues to grow older. This is why it is necessary to take anti-hair loss medicine - such as Propecia and Rogaine, the more well-known brand names - regularly for the rest of one's life. This will slow the process of alopecia dramatically, and even promote hair growth. But they will not make the alopecia condition go away on their own.
Surgery is also an option. Advancements in medical technology have brought about significant improvements in hair surgery techniques. Microscopic follicular unit grafting is among them. Traditionally, surgeons used multi-bladed scalpels to graft patches of skin onto the pieces of scalp that most suffer from alopecia - but this sometimes produced an awkward look, because the root systems of the scalp have been damaged in the process of grafting. This awkwardness is now easily avoidable with new grafting techniques.
Head gear, like caps, hats, and bandanas - and hairpieces like toupees and wigs, have also always been an option. These are considered more economical - although they could be rather uncomfortable and hard to work with in the long run. It's up to you to decide which hair loss treatment would work out best. So should you or anyone you know experience hair loss - it's important to bear in mind that it's not the end of the world. Coping with male hair loss doesn't mean you have to take it sitting down!

Hair loss- what is alopecia aerata?
Alopecia aerata is an autoimmune disease. In this disease the body attacks the hair follicles and kills them. The body begins to think that hair follicles are foreign objects and wants to remove them. Why it does that is a mystery. Hair loss pattern in alopecia aerata
You may begin losing hair in coin size patches. Sometimes the loss will stop after a patch or two and re-grow there after some months. Sometimes the loss continues and you may lose all the hair. This hair may come back after some months. No body can predict about how you will lose hair and when you will get it again. If you have a family member who suffers from a autoimmune disease such as Atopic dermatitis, hay fever etc. your probability of getting alopecia aerata increases. There is no way to stop this hair loss. Only treatment can be done to get the hair back sooner.
